Feast on dishes with homegrown ingredients like B.C. wild smoked salmon, soft Tomme à Rudy Quebec cheese and flaky house-made pastry for dessert.

EPIC Restaurant and Lounge at Fairmont Royal York, Toronto

At EPIC, the Fairmont Royal York’s fine dining restaurant, enjoy a four-course meal prepared by chef Joshua Dyer paired with live holiday music and a visit from Santa. Dig in to dishes like winter-spiced butternut bisque, turkey confit rillette, roasted Cornish hen with smoked bacon, apple and turkey sausage stuffing, and spiced pumpkin cheesecake.
