Label this one a retro space lounge, thanks to giant lava lamps and a Jetsons-inspired design. Encounter Restaurant serves contemporary cuisine by chef Michel Audeon: sesame-crusted Norwegian salmon, ahi tuna tartare, and Peking-style roasted duck are just a few of the artfully crafted dishes.
