CHARPOP: Calgary's first pop up restaurant

For three days this month starting January 15, Connie DeSousa and John Jackson of CHARCUT, Aviv Fried of Sidewalk Citizen Bakery and Grant Van Gameren, formerly of Toronto's Black Hoof, will join forces to open CHARPOP--Calgary's first pop-up restaurant.

Showcasing the chefs' specialties, the a la carte menu will feature dishes like foie gras and sausage, and beef tongue and brioche.

Bookings start today, January 5, 2012 at 4:00 pm and are limited to the first 60 people per day.
